Daniel is an infrastructure financing and economics affairs consultant with the Financing for Development Section of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. He operates the implementation of the Infrastructure Financing and Public-Private Partnership Network of Asia and the Pacific with 30 member States from Asia, Africa, and Europe with the support of the Ministry of Finance of China. He was previously a research fellow with the Institute of Asian Research at the University of British Columbia in coordination with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada in Vancouver, Canada, focusing on development economics, multilateral institutions and regional integration for emerging economies in Southeast Asia. He holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of British Columbia and an MSc in International Political Economy (research track) from the London School of Economics.
