“First steps to innovation”​ workshop is a foundation workshop providing a pragmatic approach embodying fundamental Lean Startup principles. This workshop is a starting point for teams and individuals to embrace customers’ point of views and find innovative solutions that will solve customers’ pains.

Participants will be inspired to think outside the box. They will collaborate with like-minded individuals on the mini innovation challenge. The objective is for participants to walk out of the room inspired, have an actionable goal and eager to make positive changes in their organizations.
