This classic Christmas dinner also features honey-glazed ham, roast whole butterball turkey, roasted Wagyu top sirloin and herb-crusted lamb leg served with condiments. The freshly seared Pan-fried Foie Gras Escalope is served with chutney and homemade baked brioche and more.
