Years of Service in Unilever: 21 years
Joined Unilever Canada as an intern in 1997 and has had a wide breadth of experiences working in Customer Development, Innovation, Brand and General Management roles across the globe.
Rob and his teams have received countless industry awards such as “Integrated Campaign of the Year – Dove Men+Care” from AdWeek and Dove being named one of “America’s Hottest Brands” by AdAge.
Additionally, Rob has also received several personal honors including being named as a “40 under 40” marketing executive from both Ad Age and Sports Business Daily in 2013. In 2008, Marketing Week in the UK named Rob a “Power 100” marketer.
In November 2013, Rob was inducted into the American Advertising Federation's Hall of Achievement for his significant contribution to the advertising and media industry.
Rob sits on the Board of Directors of the Clean the World Foundation (cleantheworld.org) and has also served on the Personal Care Products Council where he was an executive committee member.
